Indonesia with over 240 million of population has the largest economy in Southeast Asia, is one of the emerging market economies of the world, and also the member of G-20 major economies. Indonesia's economy grew by 4.5% in 2009, 6.1% in 2010 and projection over 6.5 – 7.0% in 2011.

The realization of car tyre sales in both domestic and export markets during 2010 reach the 49.58 million units or up 27% compared with 2009. That growth comes in line with the improvement of the Indonesia's Economy that raised people's purchasing power. The data of 2010 from Indonesian Association of Tyre Companies (APBI) show the market volume tyres of automobiles reached 49,584,652 units, 10,550,776 units more compared with that of 2009.

The resounding success of INAPA 2011, IIBT 2011, Heavy Equipment Indonesia 2011 and INABIKE 2011, attracted 602 exhibiting companies from 21 countries, 8 international groups, 37,100 trade attendees from over 37 countries and occupied total area 33,000 sqm gross, has further proved as the largest international trade show in Southeast Asia for auto parts, accessories and vehicle equipment
